Tenant Placement is a great program for those owners that are comfortable managing their own property but do not want the hassle of locating, qualifying, and screening tenants and executing a lease that follows all the current laws of the State of North Carolina.

Our Services Include

Professional photographs taken to show the property to its best advantage
The rental listing is advertised in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This feeds to Realtor.com, Hotpads, Trulia, Zillow and more.
The property will be shown only by agents licensed by the State of North Carolina. (We do not just hand a prospect a key and tell them to bring it back when they’re done!)
We require verifiable employment or source of income to pay the rent, verifiable rental or ownership history and credit of 675 or higher.
We run a background check (at a $75 charge to the applicant) on anyone over 18.
When we have a qualified prospect, we share the information with you and we act accordingly by offering a lease while abiding by Fair Housing Regulations.
After you have approved the applicant we’ll notify you then set up a time to sign the lease, collect a deposit and first month’s rent, and coordinate their move in dates.
Prior to the move-in, we take a video walk-through to document the condition of the property. You would be provided with a link to that video.
